Everyone loves a day on the water, whether fishing, sightseeing, swimming, or sunbathing. Boats can get you to places along the Gulf Coast that cars simply cannot. That is why Escambia County residents are thrilled about the recent opening of the Perdido Bay Boat Ramp, a project that has been over ten years in the making! The facility boasts a two-lane boat ramp, ample parking for vehicles with and without trailers, and a newly dredged channel. Additionally, it features a special landing area along the Perdido Paddling Trail, complete with two campsites and 11 acres of wetlands dedicated to conservation. The Perdido Bay Boat Ramp truly has something for everyone.
