Gulf Breeze boasts some of the highest real estate values and rental rates in the area and has always been a highly desired location for retirees and families with school aged children. Gulf Breeze is actually a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides; it is home to some of the area’s most exclusive and abundant waterfront properties along Pensacola Bay, East Bay, and Santa Rosa Sound. While there are some employers in Gulf Breeze, many choose to live in Gulf Breeze and commute to Pensacola.
