With less than a 1% delinquency and/or eviction rate, our tenant screening process has proven to be successful.

Our high quality tenant screening process digs deeper than a quick credit check and employment verification. We gather extensive information on the following:

  • Transunion credit check
  • Employment and income verification
  • Eviction history search
  • Criminal history search
  • Previous landlord verification

We take a comprehensive look at all applicants. In fact, the number one complaint we get from people is that our tenant screening criteria is too strict. Of course, that is by design to protect you and your investment. Even advertising strict criteria, we reject over ⅔ of applications that come into our office.
